
Our Live-in Care is a 24 hour, 7 days a week all-inclusive service. We will work with you and help you to stay in the comfort of your home. With live-in care it means that your care assistant will live in your home with you rather than only visiting at times when specific care or support is needed. Our live-in service has been designed to offer a high level of care and companionship to individuals in their own homes. Our carers/support workers are friendly, enthusiastic, trained and will be completely dedicated to your needs. They will support you with the following:
Personal care: bathing, showering, dressing and toileting, assisting you in and out of bed, all with dignity and discretion.
Planning and preparing meals
Support with medication
Shopping
Accessing services in the community
Cleaning and doing laundry.
Feeding
Attending appointments
Someone to talk to or just someone being there for you.
We will take time to match you with a carer who is compatible with you and who fully understands you and your needs. Working with other professionals such as nurses is paramount as this helps us to build tailored care and support to help you to remain in your home as long as you possibly can.

The best way to provide the highest quality level of care requires an initial meeting where family and/or client meet with Global Access Care representatives. This meeting includes a detailed review of care needed, schedule requests (if known), specific requests of family or client, and how we can support you. Working to our clients’ regular routines and ensuring that support is tailored to their specific requirements is of paramount to Global Access therefore a fully trained carer or support worker offers discreet and professional personal care in the way that’s most comfortable to our clients.
